The second anniversary ceremony was held on Tuesday 12th October 2004. Trustees of the “Encompass Charity” (a charity set up by the Braden family in memory of Daniel Braden to give young Indonesians and others the chance to meet and work together ‘going to sea’) sailed the Encompass Tall Ship, up the Thames during the day, and docked her alongside HMS Belfast by Tower Bridge.
The UKBBVG organised a wine and canape reception aboard HMS Belfast.
The event was a show case of the charities that have arisen out of Bali and to underline the work to help good causes.
